Welsh Lady character jug produced by W. H. Goss of Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1925. This lovely young lady was born and raised in Wales and is wearing the traditional dress of the times. The phrase "YCHYDIG O LAETH" is incised around the front of the jug and translates from Welsh as "a little milk."
