American Toby Jug Museum 

Veteran Motorist Lady toby jug produced in Germany circa 1920 and marked Ges Gesch. This lady automobile driver is all prepared for the road in her full length riding jacket and hat. Holding a horn in her right hand, she is excited to take his new Model T for a spin. She is a pair with the Veteran Motorist toby jug. The mark Ges Gesch is short for "Gesetzlich geschuzt" meaning registered in German. Ware marked in this way is commonly referred to as Ges Gesch ware.
