American Toby Jug Museum 

Veteran Motorist toby jug produced in Germany circa 1920 and marked Ges Gesch. This gentleman automobile driver is all prepared for the road in his riding jacket and hat with goggles and holding the steering wheel with both hands. He is excited to take his new Model T for a spin. He is a pair with the Veteran Motorist Lady toby jug. The mark Ges Gesch is short for "Gesetzlich geschuzt" meaning registered in German. Ware marked in this way is commonly referred to as Ges Gesch ware.
