The Devil face pot produced in a flambé colorway by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 2006 limited edition. The Devil is the personification of evil as it is conceived in various cultures and religious traditions. He is seen as the objectification of a hostile and destructive force. Jeffrey Burton Russell states that the different conceptions of the devil can be summed up as a principle of evil independent from God, an aspect of God, a created being turning evil (such as a fallen angel), and a symbol of human evil. This Devil's face pot quote, "Going Down?", is asking who will be joining the Devil in Hell.
