Standing Toby salt shaker produced by Fancies Fayre Pottery of Shelton, England, circa 1950. This Standing Toby is a drunken sot wearing the traditional everyday garb of the late 1700s including the long frock coat, buttoned vest, and tricorn hat. He is holding a full mug of ale in front of him with both hands. There is a hole in the bottom to refill the shaker.
