Snufftaker toby jug produced by Meissen in Dresden, Germany, circa 1890. This standing Snufftaker is raising his pinch of snuff to his nose with his right hand. Beautifully decorated, note the gilding used in the decoration of the jug. His hat comes off to fill the jug.
