Rooster majolica toby jug produced by Vierzon of Vierzon, France, circa 1910. A symbol of French national pride, this proud rooster is strutting across the grassy field letting everyone know he is there. This jug was designed by F. Perrot and bears his name incised. The Rooster is known in two sizes with this one being the smaller.
