Rabbit majolica stirrup cup produced by Josiah Wedgwood & Sons of Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1920. A stirrup cup is a traditional parting gift given to guests who are leaving by horseback. It is also the traditional drinking vessel used to serve port or brandy before an English fox hunt. This stirrup cup features the head of a rabbit.
