They are responsible for collecting and sorting letters and parcels; delivering mail to residences and business establishments according to the specified routes; returning incorrectly addressed mail to senders; getting receivers' signatures for registered mail; operating postal equipment; recording address changes and redirecting mail for those addresses; handling counter transactions and answering customers' enquiries about postal services. Some parcels form the handle of the jug.
