American Toby Jug Museum 

Ordinary Toby inkwell produced by Crown Staffordshire of Fenton, England, circa 1940. The Ordinary Toby is the original toby jug featuring a common man of the time wearing 18th century clothing and a tricorn hat. A removeable insert holds the ink reservoir. This Ordinary Toby has his hands folded on his ample belly.
