Neil Kinnock character jug designed by Spitting Image and produced by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 1992 limited edition of 650. Neil Gordon Kinnock (1942- ) is a Welsh former politician who served as Leader of the Opposition and Leader of the Labour Party from 1983 to 1992. He served as a Member of Parliament from 1970 until 1995, first for Bedwellty and then for Islwyn. He was Vice-President of the European Commission from 1999 to 2004. Kinnock was considered as being on the soft left of the Labour Party. A red rose forms the handle of this jug.
