American Toby Jug Museum 

Mr. Merry character jug produced by Cooper Clayton in Hanley, England, circa 1950. Mr. Merry is a happy soul, especially around Christmas when he can often be found delivering anonymous gifts to deserving good children, especially is their parents cannot afford much. A walking cane forms the handle of the jug. The tiny size Mr. Merry character jug stands 2" tall.
