Ores recovered by mining include metals, coal, oil shale, gemstones, limestone, chalk, dimension stone, rock salt, potash, gravel, and clay. Traditional English mines include coal and tin mines. This miner's trusty pick and shovel form the handle of the jug. The jug was produced from molds created by S. & F. Pottery.
