Martha Gunn toby jug made Prattware finish in Staffordshire circa 1810. Martha Gunn (1727-1815) was a ladies bather at the sea in Brighton who was very experienced and highly requested and famous for bathing the Prince of Wales King George III's son in 1785. The Prattware finish is underglaze metallic oxides that have distinctive bright colors of yellows blues and browns typically associated with William Pratt of Fenton.
