American Toby Jug Museum 

Lady with hands to ears toby jug produced by Sitzendorfer Porzellanmanufaktur of Thuringa, Germany, circa 1920. With her hands pressed firmly against her ears, this lady is tired of listening to her children whine and moan. Maybe threatening to send them to be without supper with quiet them down. She is marked with the common Sitzendorfer gold anchor below the handle on the back of the jug.
