Keith Brymer Jones double-sided character jug designed by Helena Griffiths and produced by HG Pottery of Victoria, Australia, circa 2024 in a limited edition. Keith Brymer Jones (1965- ) is a British potter and ceramic designer, known for his homeware Word Range with retro lettering and punk motifs. In 2015, he debuted as an expert judge alongside Kate Malone on BBC2's "The Great Pottery Throw Down" where his readiness to shed tears at the contestants' work attracted comment. This double-sided character jug shows Jones happy with a contestants works on one side and crying over another's poor effort on the other. The handle is a stack of clay pots with the word "happy" on the happy side and "cry' on the sad side.
