Joshua double-sided teapot produced by Wood Potters of Burslem of Burslem, England, between 1992 and 1996. Joshua comes from the Hebrew name "Yehoshua," meaning "God is deliverance." In the Old Testament of the Bible, Joshua was the Israelite leader who succeeded Moses and led the Hebrews to the Promised Land. The Joshua teapot is designed in the style of the Cross-legged Toby jug.
