Frog with Head Up majolica toby jug produced by Fives-Lille circa 1910. This frog is all dressed up and holding his pipe in his left hand. Cattails form the handle of the jug. This is the second version of the frog pitcher with his headed tilted upward. This was more easily produced than the first version. Many colorways of the frog can be found photos from the collection of Jean-Pierre Ducasse.
