Foozled stoneware bookend modeled by J. B. Harding and produced by Royal Doulton of Lambeth, England, circa 1900. Foozle means to botch or bungle. On the golf course, it is a botched or bungled attempt at a shot resulting in a poor result. This foozled golfer has hit such a bad slice, he cannot find his ball. The Foozled bookend is a pair with the Fed Up bookend.
