American Toby Jug Museum 

Dutch Man faience toby jug produced by Desvres circa 1890. The Dutch Man is wearing common Dutch clothing of the day including his wooden shoes. He is sitting on a stump with a tree branch forming the handle. He is one of a pair with the Dutch Woman and it is uncommon to find them decorated as a matched pair. He is marked with the initials BP.
