Buddha face pot - Kevin Francis circa 2002

Buddha face pot produced by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 2002. Siddhartha Gautama, most commonly referred to as the Buddha, was a wandering ascetic and religious teacher who lived in South Asia during the 6th or 5th century BCE and founded Buddhism. Centuries after his death, he came to be known by the title Buddha, which means "Awakened One" or "Enlightened One." His teachings were compiled by the Buddhist community in the Vinaya, his codes for monastic practice, and the Sutta Pitaka, a compilation of teachings based on his discourses. Buddha's face pot quote "He is able who thinks he is able." are wise words that remind us that we all have potential inside and that our strength lies in believing in ourselves. With faith in ourselves and determination, we can achieve anything.
