Brothel jug in majolica finish produced in France circa 1910. Called a brothel jug because of the shape of the spout and two nudes lounging around the top and a scantily clad woman on the front. Marked so around the back, this jug is an advertising piece for the Hostellerie Antoine Rieux located in Albi in southern France. It is also known in a white colorway
