American Toby Jug Museum 

Boy with Umbrella toby jug small size produced by Schafer & Vater of Rudolstadt, Germany, circa 1925. This unlucky boy was out getting water from the well on a pleasant spring afternoon when it started to rain. He was lucky that he brought along his umbrella. This is the largest of three know sizes with the medium size standing 4 1/4" tall and the small size 3 1/2" tall.
