The iconic Banksy Toxic Rat menacingly crouches over a poisonous barrel with Republican National Committee written on it as it spills bubbling waste onto the streets of the world. The original piece by Banksy showed a rat with a barrel of toxic waste spilling across the pavement in London showing people that there is a lot of toxic being wasted everywhere. "If you feel dirty, insignificant or unloved, then rats are a good role model.
