African Dancer toby jug designed by Albert Ferlay and produced by Vallauris of Vallauris, France, circa 1960. This young woman is performing a traditional and suggestive tribal dance relating a historical tale of romance before her west Africa nomadic tribe. Her shawl forms the handle of the jug.
