This is a special limited edition large Old Charley character jug produced on commission for The Higbee Company in 1986 in a limied edition of 250 to commemorate the first anniversary of the opening of the first Royal Doulton Room at Higbees in Cleveland, Ohio. This hard-to-find jug stands about 7" tall and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
